Get into the ‘Dacha’ way of life!

If you live in Russia for some time, you could not escape the term Dacha. Very common in Russian conversation, since most of Russians own one and can’t wait for warmer weather to escape to it. For those who are new to Russia – it actually means a weekend house.

Now you can also feel what it means for Russians. In Tsaritsyno park, until 19th of August, you can enjoy a summer festival ‘ Dachnoe Tsaritsyno’.

It is a festival for the whole family. There is a big picnic area in front of the castle where you can relax in shades af beautiful trees.

Everyday from 12h till 15h, known Russian kids theatres are performing on stage. And also you can bring some food (seeds not bread) for ducks and squirrels of the park. PlayModel.

And in the evening theatre performances for grownups start at 17h till 21h. And to get you introduced to Dacha life, there is a special photograph exibition.
